Hyundai India is commencing the new year with its largest release in the country, introducing the Creta facelift. The price announcement is scheduled for January 16, 2024. The automaker has already provided extensive information and images of the SUV’s exterior and interior ahead of its official debut in the recently released images of the Creta facelift, we can see the updated SUV’s front and rear profiles, revealing various design elements. Notable exterior features include a full-width LED light bar serving as daytime running lights (DRLs), a wide and upright grille with a front camera, a setup of split LED headlamps, silver faux skid plates, and a redesigned bumper with a radar sensor for the ADAS technology.

Hyundai Creta Rear

At the rear, the Creta with its newly reshaped bumper appears more harmonious. It showcases a connected cluster of LED taillights, a rear wiper with a washer, a shark fin antenna, functional roof rails, a high-mounted stop lamp, and a revised bumper with a silver skid plate. Moreover, the SUV also boasts a fresh pair of dual-tone alloy wheels.

Hyundai Creta Interior

Moving to the interior, the Hyundai Creta facelift receives a substantial overhaul with a new theme. The SUV benefits from an updated dashboard layout that houses a twin-display setup for both the infotainment system and the driver’s cockpit. The center console is also new, featuring switchable type controls for the air conditioning panel and media system

In terms of features, the new Hyundai Creta will come fully equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment and instrument panel, a wireless charger, a 360-degree surround camera, an air purifier, ventilated front seats, a powered driver seat, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, rear AC vents, an electronic parking brake, and six airbags.

In terms of mechanics, the mid-size SUV will offer three powertrain options: a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. The transmission options include a six-speed manual, six-speed iMT, automatic torque converter, continuously variable transmission (CVT), and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) gearbox.
