To launch the Tiago and Tigor iCNG AMT
Tata Motors, a leading automotive manufacturer in India, has revolutionized the CNG segment by being the first in the industry to introduce AMT technology in its CNG cars. The company has now started accepting bookings for the Tiago and Tigor iCNG AMT models. By incorporating twin-cylinder CNG technology, Tata Motors is addressing the issue of limited boot space in AMT CNG cars and pioneering the use of automatic transmission in such vehicles.

Advantages of the Tiago and Tigor iCNG AMT models include superior fuel economy provided by CNG, the convenience of automatic transmission, the safety assurance of being built on proven architecture, and top-of-the-line comfort and convenience features. Interested customers can now book their preferred car either by visiting their nearest authorized Tata Motors dealership or by booking online for an initial payment of INR 21,000.
The Tiago iCNG AMT will be available in three variants: XTA CNG, XZA+ CNG, and XZA NRG. On the other hand, the Tigor iCNG AMT can be purchased in two variants: XZA CNG and XZA+ CNG.
